Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Handeling

For one of a kind pre-made hoodies orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

For pre-order hoodies processing time will be extended. Pre-orders will be processed and shipped within one month of the order date. 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Holidays. 

We use standard packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. 

2. Shipping Costs and Methods 

All packages will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Shipping will be a flat rate of $10. (Estimated Delivery 5-7 business days)

3. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

We currently ship within the United States Only. 

Certain oversized items may require additional shipping fees, which will be communicated at checkout. 

4. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if and when international shipping becomes available. 

5. Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. 

6. Returns and Lost/Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us @borrowedbreathco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the damage. 

If your package is lost within transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
